what are these things? i have no idea! they grow wild and every summer they sprout up everywhere as yellow flowers and then turn into fluffy seeds that are fun to blow off the stems. we've all done it! the image made by the seeding flower head is now being used by artists and designers everywhere - cards, fabric, sticky wall art etc - its all over the place. here are some taken around nightfall at our place.
