mum + dad came over to visit our little land for just over a week in feb/march to celebrate our wedding anniversaries (which, incidently, fall on the same day in march)
in addition to the commemorative shenanigans there was a lot of tea drinking and speculating, and talk about shackled oysters, breadalbane and mowbray.
mum + dad are now well aware that no tasmanian holiday is complete without ethical yellows and moo brew, lazy days at pipers river and placenta cream (don't ask...)
their adventures included a fishing trip in search of the elusive albacore tuna (which, i might add, was tastily successful), an amazing culinary experience at the Black Cow (many thanks to my generous brothers and sisters who donated their dollars), a ye olde sponge cake, and a mad dash in the wind/rain to the 5-dollar-a-bunch lilium shed in a muddy paddock 'up the coast' (is that YOU tom??).
clearly, most of our experiences revolved around eating and drinking :)
